The literal meaning of Reiki is “universal life energy.” Without us perhaps knowing it, we are always surrounded by it. It’s in everything. Reiki flows through animals, plants, trees and ourselves. It is the power that makes us live.

Reiki is mystical, cannot be seen with the eye, and cannot be understood with your head. It supports on a physical, emotional and mental level. Reiki soothes pain, strengthens your self-healing ability and brings you into contact with your inner wisdom. Mikao Usui developed this method over a hundred years ago in Japan.
